By placing an order on Khanak, you agree to provide accurate contact and delivery details. Prices are shown in INR and may change without notice before you complete payment.

An order is confirmed after successful payment (or acceptance of another payment method we explicitly offer). We may cancel orders for stock, fraud, or pricing errors and will refund eligible payments.

Shipping & delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates. Risk of loss passes according to our shipping partner’s terms once the parcel is handed over. Please inspect packages on arrival and report damage promptly.

Returns & product care

Glass and handmade products may have small variations. Return eligibility depends on product condition and our help-centre policy. Contact support within the stated window with your order number and photos if required.
